Well Installation Services

 Standard Well & Pump Installation
$4,500

  Standard well and pump installation includes:
-A minimum well depth of 150' with 40' of steel or PVC casing.
-2' x 2' x 4" concrete pad and well grout.
-A 1/2 horsepower submersible pump with 1 year warranty.
-100 lb. pressurized tank with 1 year warranty.
-One inch water main from well pump to house or crawl space including connection to the house plumbing, if possible.
-Number 12 UF cable from well pump to house site or crawl space. Connection to the house electric panel must be done by owner or a licensed electrician. Add $100 for our electrician to handle.
-Well permit from the local health department with copies for the owner, contractor and local building department.
-Fiberglass or concrete well cover.
-Standard whole house sediment filter.		  

Jordan Properties will assist you to coordinate the installation, inspection and approval of the well and pump. We will assist you with the local health department and well contractor until completion.


Note: Jordan Properties does not guarantee water quality, which varies due to geology and other factors. Filtration or water treatment systems, which the buyer or the health department may deem necessary, are not included but can be priced on a job-by-job basis.
