Although Jordan Properties encourages buyers to pay cash, we offer owner financing to buyers who want or need financing assistance. The two basic financing options are as follows: | |||||
| Conditional Sales Contract: This option offers buyers with limited credit or very little for a down payment the opportunity to purchase property. Buyers do not receive title to the property until the loan is paid. |

| Deed of Trust and Promissory Note: This option offers buyers with limited credit or who want less hassle, the opportunity to purchase the property. Buyers receive the Deed to the property at closing. |

| With both financing options, buyers may increase monthly payment amounts to get a faster payoff, or payoff the loan at any time with no penalty. Additional payments will first be applied to late fees, interest, and other charges due and then to principal. | |||||
| Lot Improvements and Utilities: Jordan Properties also offers buyers land improvements for the following contract prices. These improvements may be added to the cost of the land and financed as one package. |
